Printed to order
Every Totally Gnarly piece is printed by us, to order, then checked and sent out. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched, plus delivery time.
We do it this way on purpose. Printing to order means far less wasted stock, and because we print every piece ourselves, we check the quality of every one before it leaves.
Because each order is made for you, we don't offer express postage.
Australian shipping
- Free standard shipping on orders over $140.
- Orders under $140: $15.00 flat-rate standard shipping, Australia-wide.
- You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
International shipping
We ship to selected countries, including New Zealand, for a flat $20.00 AUD. Delivery times vary by country. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or delayed parcels
Once your order has shipped, delivery times are in the carrier's hands and can't be guaranteed. If your tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days or your parcel arrives damaged, email us at sales@gnarlybrands.com.au and we'll help sort it out.
Returns postage
- Return postage to Totally Gnarly Clothing Co. is the customer's responsibility, unless we made an error with your order.
- We don't refund shipping fees paid on the original order.
- For exchanges, we cover the cost of sending your exchanged item back to you.
- We recommend returning items by registered post or tracked courier, as we can't take responsibility for returns lost in transit.
